1. Booking & Payment

All bookings must be made through our website or by contacting us directly. A deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your date. The remaining balance must be paid before the service is rendered.

3. Refund Policy

All deposits are non-refundable. However, if you need to cancel your booking, please contact us as soon as possible. We may offer a partial refund or rescheduling of the service, depending on the circumstances and our availability.

Once a service has been completed, no refunds will be provided. Any disputes regarding the quality of the service must be raised within 7 days of the service date, and we will work with you to resolve the issue to your satisfaction.

By booking our services, you agree that Badshah Photography may use the images captured during your event for promotional purposes, including on our website and social media channels. If you do not wish your images to be used in this way, please notify us in writing.

5. Limitation of Liability

Badshah Photography will not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in question.

We reserve the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on this page, and your continued use of our website and services constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
